📄 Token Holder Agreements

These Token Holder Agreements ("Agreements") outline the terms and conditions for holders of $LEAF and $OAK tokens within the Canopy ecosystem.

1. Acceptance of Agreements​

By acquiring or holding $LEAF or $OAK tokens, you agree to be bound by these Agreements. If you do not agree, please refrain from holding or using the tokens.

2. Nature of Tokens​

6. Prohibited Activities​

Token holders agree not to engage in:

All token transactions are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tokens.

8. Limitation of Liability​

Canopy Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the tokens, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

We reserve the right to amend these Agreements at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform.
